Tires and Suspension

Hello, I am a new Jeep owner and first post to the forum. Question, we purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler X with 3 inch lift and LT285/75/r16 off road tires. Our Jeep is a toy for my wife and will never be off roaded. The steering is a little touchy. If we trade out the off road tires for street tires, will this help? Any guideance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

YOu should check all of your steering linkage and setup. The previous owner whom lifted said vehicle may not have re-torqued everything to spec. Check for play in the tie rod ends before you buy expensive tires man

Got any pictures? 3" will cause wandering if the caster is not fixed. It's a good idea to have the alignment checked.

Here is a cheap option that will fix you right up.
