The way it sounds;

June 11/12, at the Badlands in Attica, IN.

So far people that can attend;

Flyby
05wrangler
BigEZ (+ Others from Chicago)
Millfire517

Possible/Interested;

IndyGoat
Mhaines
BADBOY-RUBICON
Vanimal00000

Others that are welcome

Anyone!!

Well based of the info, we have atleast 4-5 guys going, with possibly more. If you truly have an interest in doing this then please, PM me, or post on this thread. I know we have plenty of time before this trip will take place but the better we know in advanced the better we can be prepared and to have the most fun!!

If you can only make it one of the days im sure that is fine as well, once we have a solid post we can start a subthread to add to the list of attendies, a possible "loose" plan, and what gear everyone has or is capable of bringing.

I wanna get this rolling full fashion so this can be a thing we can have every year atleast and maybe bring in more and more people everytime from all over! We need a name for the event too

Wranglerforum MidwestORV Fest?

Of course with the permission of the admins and owners

If you take I74, then I'll tag along in the convoy from Pittsboro on out.
You will need a flag for you vehicle. They do sell them there for like $20.
Also, they dont allow alcohol in the park and do occasionally check coolers.
Admission is $20 per driver and $5 per passenger for single day.
The new ownership has been putting some money in it and it now has decent facilities with showers.
I don't really know about the camp grounds or it's rates.

Annual Hoosiers List and Faq!

^There is the link to the home thread sticky for this event!

Mhaines we should be going out I74!

All or most information can be found there, as soon as I get permission to have editing on the OP I will edit in everyones names, so I'll add 05wrangler +1 and jeff4mcclintic +1 and mhaines to the attending list. Once again, this event is still awhile away but if something comes up PM me and I'll move you from the list but from the looks of it, this event is growing quick

Badboy its understandable! If something comes up this will be going down no matter what! Even if its just me

Thanks everyone for the interest and for posting here regularly! The more the merrier. If you need to figure out anything its in the link above including prices..

Weston

Pittsboro has a truck stop right by 74, Brownsburg is the exit before that and there is several places to grab quick breakfast and gas.
I will have a +1 as well

Alright ill mark you down as +1 as well! We can definitely meet up at the brownsburg exit or the Pittsboro exit. I'll have a cooler of goodies with me but we can snag up some breakfast. We will work out times and everything so everyone can head out around the same times!

We might be for us on the west side or anyone else that wants too, from our direction itll be on the way we can meet at the Brownsburg exit?

Anyone else trailering their rig? I usually wouldnt cause I love driving on the highway no top and the windshield down But I'll save that for the trail, that way i can run it on some trails ive been wanting to try without worrying i wont get home!

If not don't worry, we will be running mostly average normal difficulty where some skill is needed. Of course anyone can run anything they want but we gotta do a convoy run! The orange trail is perfect for that Anyone else been? I've fairly familiar with the badlands Ive been 3 times.

Oh yeah you'll be fine on the orange trail, it has some hills and off camber situations but nothing major, especially not to damage anything. Once were down in the creek its rocky but there are some big boulders but can be avoided if you don't wanna crawl

I'm on stock suspension with 31"s and last time I went i followed a CJ on 35's all day

There are some very fun trails that are easy but then technical, you'll have a blast!

I just put in a CB this weekend. Do any of the HORD group have CB's in your jeeps?
