i wish i woulda took more pics day 2 or at least a few good videos of some of the excitement, here's one pic to explain it a little
if you look close enough you can see both tow straps, we found a buddy of my brothers chevy in the back of the woods dead, wouldn't start, it'd crank but not catch, it sits on 38" gumbo mudders, the same tires as my brothers bronco, whereas i'm on 33" gumbo's, my brother tried pulling him out by himself and almost got stuck, didn't listen to my suggestion of me hooking up to the front of him at first....so he finally caved in, was a good thing, we had to get that gm product through some nasty stuff to get to the main road. We left it all hooked up till the parking lot because my brother had a u joint going bad, and didn't want to break it yet.
the pics i didn't take....is what i wish i did, later that day my brothers transfer case slipped into limbo(its an electronic thats kinda broken, need to flip it with a pair of vice grips) it was between 2wd and 4 lo so all we heard was clicking on the trail, with half an hour left till the park closed i took off in 2wd to find a route out, i figure if i can make it through in 2wd, i shouldn't have a problem getting him out in 4 low....lets just say i had him bajaing over the sand dunes on the way out going over 25mph....lol. It wasn't until we hit the campground i told our 2 friends that went with us my jeep was only a 2.5L 4 banger....i pulled the bronco with ease through the mud, muck, up a hill, and through the sand....gotta love a JEEP!
