Not eaxactly bad service just that they think they can charge outrageous prices for service because they are a 4x4 shop also if they screw something up they try to blame it on you and charge more to fix thier mistake.

What lift? You could bring it on up to me in Wacounda (shop- I tow at) I can install everything but the gears. I have a 4x4 shop that I am really good buddies with that does it all. He is a amazing guy for setting up gears.

Buy some pizza, some beer and it will go on in no time.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

I know its not NW Indiana, but i use Titus Transmissions in Avon. He is a Jeep guy, used to do mud bogs, drives a Jeep on 40s(?) as his daily. Charged me 800 to install front and rear R/P when I went from 3.21 to 4.10. Pretty sure he does lifts as well

Does Titus still own this shop? He used to go by "Big John" and ran a scrap yard in Indy until he moved out to Avon. I heard he had sold the shop however - I bought lots of CJ parts from Big John - always reasonable and stood behind his stuff. The place is a hole in the wall but they seem to always be busy.
