Mann Road

For anyone in the Indy area who enjoys scenic road trips, I highly recommend a trip down Mann Road on the southwest side. Attractive scenery and a bevy of intriguing but sadly private drives that look like they'd be fun to explore. Spring Lake Road, Kitchen Road, Centenary Road...sunset made for some great views, reminded me why I need a real camera.

I also discovered Mel's Drive-in on the way back up 67/Kentucky; closed by the time I got there, but great to see a local drive-in still alive.

Anyway, the real reason I post this: If you own a red Wrangler, live on Mann Road, and honked at me tonight as I drove by and wanted me to actually stop for some reason, here I am!

Just FYI i work down in that area as a firefighter and Mel's is a good place to eat. Nice mom and pop drive in with some decent food. Maybe i can get the crew to go for lunch next shift we havent been there in awhile.
