95 wrangler has no spark

i got a 95 wrangler that isnt getting any spark , ok so while out at buddy house i put the jeep in 4 wheel high and was driving on a gravel road and some wires got got loose and ended up wraped around the front drive shaft ...... i ended up getting a new harness and got everything plug back in , now it will crank but no spark (took plug out and cranked with plug laying against the old ac mount thats not there) i am able to pull codes up , i get 12 which is nothing , a 25 and a 54 , also a 55 end of codes , i replaced the crank position sensor with a new one , still the code 54 is there , i can hear the fuel pump prime up . replaced the coil , anybody can help please .......
