Hey I'm about 30 Miles south of you in Dover. I agree we all need to rally somewhere and go use our machines. There is no place "legal" round my neck of the woods. Just farm land that you may or may not be shot at while trail riding. lol.

Some of those roads down your way are more like Jeep trails. I spend a lot of time running around Tappan, Clendening, Piedmont and Salt Fork lakes late summer to early spring. Some old rail beds too.

Next time you get down my way we should go do some trail riding. It's been so long since I've been out to Salt Fork anyway, be a good excuse for a day or two vaca.

Fremont is tough because everything around there is private land. Jeep Skool is about 2 hrs east on the turnpike. There are a few decent places in Michigan, but again a few hours out. I used to spend a lot of time in Fremont, Clyde and Green Springs, but just been too busy in the office to get out there.

If you build your jeep so big and bad that it's really easy to get threw everything out there, then your going to get bored.

Hay anyone near Aurora here? I'm trying to find people to have some fun during the warmer temps. If anyone knows the location of Solon Ohio they have a car show every tuesday and I think their first show this year is gonna be on the first Tuesday of March. I'll be there with my stock 4 door wrangler.

Have you heard of Jeepskool.com? Just on the other side of Garrettsville on 82. First weekend of the month only.

Yah and it's quite a distance but I might go. It might help me out a lot with my jeep.

14 miles shouldn't be too bad of a ride. Lots of stock friendly trails and tons of friendly people. It really is a great time. I've been going there 5-6 times a year since it opened. I'm working in Canton this weekend so go have my fun for me.

Check out northwest Ohio crawlers. They're a good bunch of guys from your area.

Can't help you in central, but 2.5 hours north is Jeep Skool. They have a lot of stocker trails. There are at least 5 JK owners from Columbvus that come up every month.

Wellsville is also an option when you're ready to push it a little.

Hey I go to Toledo for school and have met Eric and the guys in Northwest Ohio Crawlers. They are very welcoming and nice - I plan on making it to their next meet.

Just picked up my '99 tj 2 weeks ago. i live in toledo about 1 mile from the Old Parkway Annex plant on willys pkwy, 2 miles from the North plant on Stickney. back in the day we used to go out to Airport Hwy and South Crissey Rd. to go wheelin and paintballin. Havent been out there in a few years. my cousin was just out there not to long ago with his atv. take airport hwy toward Toledo Express (i believe west) turn right( north on Crissey) follow the train tracks back down Airport (the way you came) and it should be off to the left and 1/2 mile down the tracks. ill try to get back out that way and check it out an see if its cool to ride anymore. we always had a blast. anyone ever been back there? hit me up and lets go check it out. i need to buy some tow hooks tho. had to buy a new Rokmen skid plate first, the stock skid plate was almost completley rusted through.
