New ORV park in SW mi

There is a new ORV park starting up in SW mi.
Off Road Park Southwerst Michigan

Looked at their rules and it says everybody in all vehicles must wear a helmet.
I understand the whole getting sued thing however it is a dorky rule to me that i would need to wear a brain bucket in my jeep. Probably will have to pass up on that place.

Not a "dorky" rule, actually not a bad idea! They are not only protecting themselves but their customers also. If you look at rules for most off road parks of this type helmets are required!!!

I think that the family oriented focus is a good thing, helmets would be appropriate with a bunch of tikes running around. Adds an alternative option to BH. Thanks for the info.
