Tires

Ok, everybosy, I have been a mechanic for over 30 years, and one thing that is always on my mind is Tires. I run Yoko's Geolander ATS. The MAX Pressure is 55. But I do a lot of highway driving to and from work with my X. Any thoughts on pressure. A tire company said 35. So just looking for a second opinion!!!!!!!

Get some chalk put a line across the tread drive up the street, check to see if the chalk is evenly gone, if not, lower or raise the pressure until it is. When chalk line is gone(so to speak) full tread is in contact with road and that is a good psi to be at.
