This is the 2nd time my car has been ransacked in Charlestown, 1st time with my new Jeep. Walked it yesterday and the back window was on the street. Thankfully, I locked the stereo faceplate in the middle console, so they didn't get jack. Except the glove was open, nothing in it but won't lock now. Anyways, I've been reading posts about alarms and doors unlocked. Is leaving the doors unlocked a good option? In Charlestown?

Do you have a hard top? If you have a hard top then sure, lock it like a normal car. If you have a soft top then it's up to you. Im in schenectady NY 8 months of the year and that is on par or worse than the "quality" of Charlestown. I lock my doors with the soft top and keep nothing in my car, although I try to keep the hard top on as long as possible. Hard tops aren't hugely expensive on Craigslist especially for a TJ or YJ
