Beach permits on the vineyard?

My girlfriend and I are going to Martha's Vineyard this summer and she wants me to get a beach permit which I am very happy to do. My question for you guys is:

If you have been to the vineyard, have you bought a beach permit? Which one is the best one to get? Even if you have just been there and haven't bought a permit, which beach looks the best to drive on?

Vineyard Beaches

The best place is the Trustees Beach on the East side of Chappequidick, the permit for there is around 200.00 for the season, nice and private, due to the price. The other beach is the Trustees beach at Norton Point or South Beach, season permit around 110.00, daily permit for around 30.00, last years prices, hence it gets very crowded, hope this helps.....

We buy the permit for Capy Poge/Wasque permit year after year. It's the best OSV on the island which gives you about about 14 miles of trails. You can't put a price tag on going to the beach and not having another person within 100 yards of you. Wasque beach is now off limits to vehicles due to erosion, but there's still plenty left. You have to realize that this is not off-roading. It's just getting to a place that not everyone can go to. Also remember, if you aren't staying on Chappaquiddick, you have to figure in the Chappy ferry which is $12 per vehicle/driver + $4 per passenger every time you go over. (Round trip). The OSV permit also gives you a Trustees membership which gives you discounts on a lot of fun stuff on the island too.

Here's the website.
Here's the app.

P.S. My avatar is a pic from Chappy.
