When are we scheduled to enjoy or coast line.Their got to be something done.If no one buy's permits.Maybe someone will wake the fuck up and move the friggen nest's absolute BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!
Duxbury's giving refunds. If everyone on every beach in this state demands refunds maybe some environmental asshole can come up with a plan to leave the beaches open.Duxbury admits it's a problem. It's all about the revenue!!!

Duxbury to issue one-time refunds due to piping plover problem - Boston News, Weather, Sports | FOX 25 | MyFoxBoston
This is a federal statute which means their is nothing the state can do about it even though they may not like it and are losing money.
If you think holding back some of your hard earned money is going to teach the federal govt a lesson you need to flip on the news.

I saw on the news last night that Sand Neck is reopening. The plovers hatched and moved on.

We were out there yesterday at 8:30. Picked the most sand we could find. Low tide helps. It was full by 10. Lets hope they keep opening more as June goes on.
