Hoist install helper?

Anybody willing to help install a hard top hoist with me? I am sorta handy but would feel much better with someone else helping me out on this. I believe I have all the tools I need except a tall enough ladder. I have yet to determine which hoist but am leaning towards a Lange hoist-a-top, maybe a Harken. Advice now and help installing it later would be super. Looking to get this done in the next few weekends. I am in Worcester.

Beer etc will be on tap, of course. Much appreciated!

This may turn into a lift install, too, depending on loan application from the Bank of Spouse.
