im going to have to ask more of the mass members to chime in on this. we could meet in the hight of aa blizzard (lol) alll joking aside i think it would be a good idea, to see what members have for mod's. home made tips and tricks. maybe i should ask one of the mod's to make it a sticky.
Find a local 4x4 shop that would support this. I'm sure they'd have no problem hosting, they'd probably even offer discounts if you buy during the 'jeep nights'.
Why not Friday night? Honestly, would you guys go every time if it was monthly, or like, once every three months for example? I'm not really sure myself, but I know I'd definitely go at least once, and if I had a good time probably again.
Another idea would be to have a few local 4X4 shops sponsor it at a restaurant bar type place like Quaker Steak and Lube because people could eat, drink and be merry, plus average folks can come and see all the glory of Jeep, thus buying more Jeeps and keeping this brand viable.
I just found out that a local 4x4 shop in our area sponsors a 4x4 shine and show once a year, and the local jeep club has another 4x4 show later in the summer. I missed them both this year.
Shrewsbury?? I dated a girl from there in high school, and boy did she live up to the towns name.

Oh come on Wrangler night ?There would be no wranglers if it were not for the CJ's. and then take it back to 1941 Willys you got to have all the Jeeps.Heberts candy in Shrewsbury has a big field with icecream they have car shows there all the time. Easy to get to right on Rt 20 near 495 the mass pike Rt 9 etc. I can make the call.
One cool thing some of the groups do is have Wrench Fests. It could be worked into a meet up like this. For the guys who want to just admire the mods then can come at one time but if people want to come early they could help work on each others Jeeps. It'll be tougher as it gets colder, but it'd be a great idea either way. It's a matter of finding a place that's central and legally allows such an event. I know cops like to break up these things just because they see a group of people 'loitering' and think trouble.
Why not all jeeps I go to bike night all the time and we welcome all brands. Do you only wave at wranglers? As a biker I wave at all bikes. So be acceptance of the Jeep brand as a whole.
I only wave to wranglers and lifted cherokees. They seem to know the tradition. I won't ever wave to a Compass, Patriot, or Commander. GC's don't wave, but if they did first, I'd wave back.
I got a E-mail back from Hebert's Candy they seem up for it and want to talk to me. I think we got to have all Jeeps ,I'm a CJ7 guy but I have a TJ Rubicon too.
