New catalytic converter info needed

I just recently had a p0432 code pop up which I'm not too happy about. I'm going to be removing the o2 sensors this week and cleaning them but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to replace the converters. Now being new to the state of MA( formally of NH with a NH state inspection license) I'm not quite familiar with the laws governing cat replacement.

I'm looking at the Magnaflow Performance Direct Fit Catalytic Converter.( ). Will this pass MA inspection? It has everything my current setup has, I'm just not sure if it is compliant.
