New top installation

Hi. I am a newbie to the site. Excited to join

We just recently purchased a 2003 wrangler Sahara and want to replace the soft top. Does anyone know an installer that you can purchase the top from and get it installed on Cape Cod? We are up in ptown but know there is no one who can do up here.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Welcome! The installation is actually pretty straight forward, and takes no time at all. I'd suggest going to Jeep Parts & Jeep Accessories From The Jeep Parts Experts - Quadratec or Jeep Parts, Jeep Accessories, & Jeep Tops, order one and follow the instructions...with 2 people it goes pretty fast.

Otherwise the service dept at any jeep dealership should be able to take care of it for you.

Awesome. Thanks. My only issue was that we want to replace the entire top. The metal mechanism as well. So thought that would be more of challenge. Do you think that Is as easy to do?

Thanks both for your replies.

Four screws just a good idea to have a warm place

^ Agreed. When I swap from hard top to soft top, I just toss the screws in a ziplock baggie, and keep them on the front seat while I'm moving tops around...they are small and can get lost.

But really though, it's an easy swap, just take your time, make sure those zippers are aligned properly and you're all set.
