Snorkel is installed

Finally got around to installing the snorkel.
Rugged Ridge for the 2012 JK.
Instructions were top notch and easy to understand. Install was easy yet be prepared to spend a good 5-6 hours doing the install.

too early to tell but the onboard computer which is always wrong says I gained 2 mpg. We'll see over time.

Nothing bad enough to worry about. Don't get me wrong because it does sit forward of the windshield but I've driven pickups with larger "A" pillars than what the Jeep + snorkel give ya.

Looks good! Nice job!

Kinda wish they would have put it off to the side instead of in front. Being in front kills the option for pillar lights (I run a set of Rigid's right there)...and to me, there is little to no benefit in the low mount option.

It would be nice if there was just a little shorty for everyday and when you were going wheeling you could snap on the long snorkel.
