Anyone know of any decent places hiring?

I'm looking for a new job. I never went to college but that doesn't reflect on my level of intelligence. I'm looking for a place, any place, even if it's a small business just starting up, that I can grow with. Every job I've ever had to date has wound up being a dead end job, with no room for advancement. I am a quick learner, and I love experiencing new things. If anyone has any leads on positions available, with open-minded bosses, please let me know! There aren't many decent paying jobs that will hire someone without a degree.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!
