3 hours of mudding = 3 hours of de-mudding. (Not including cleaning the driveway after).

Though I try to avoid mud like the plague, sometimes it just happens & when it does I park on the grass, over the sprinkler. Never on the driveway - too much work! The sprinkler makes for much easier clean up. I have a sprinkler system in my yard but keep a 2 dollar plastic one from Ocean State Job Lot on hand for those days. Then I stuff the hose inside the skid plates, it's amazing what hides in there. Stupid mud. I hate mud.

i do see many black JK's in our area but I do not think I have seen yours in person on the road yet but if I do I'll have a jeep-wave for you.

i finally got to take mine thru deep unplowed snow after this recent storm, i had solid ice on my driveway from the 1st snow/rain event then a fresh 10" of new snow on top of that ice.....locked it into 4HI and had no problems getting up or down my 1000 foot driveway. This Wrangler is even better than my GC in the snow and the GC is no slouch, I think it due to better tires on the TJ vs the almost-street tires (Goodyear Forturas) on the WK.

i can only imagine how great your setup is in the deep snow, slap a plow on the front and make some cash!

Never crossed my mind. I bought the jeep last July 2011 . We had 0 snow last year and this past storm my front DS was out. I honestly don't know yet. My TJ did some amazing stuff. Ill be ready for next time.

Honestly. I have only crossed paths with one black 4 door JK. Lifted with 35/37's. OME shocks (yellow) not sure who he is.

Never a stock black JK or rubi for that matter,

bought it stock, kinda cool tombraider edition, and finished it last week. i had funds for for the axle shafts but they have been depleting ever since i am slowly finding parts i need to throw at it. ie, front adj trackbar ilo brkt, upper rear currie adj ca's so i could do away with the t-case drop, which led me to needing to get a hd tomwoods ds, which led me to needing a new rear trackbar angle bracket, which led me to...... lol

so yea it will stay a pavement pounder street queen mall crawler til i do this right, may take time but the summer will be good. picking up my zj tierod 2nite. thing looks beef...
