It is really nice up here in the spring/summer. Fall gets really nice. I was going to take the drive up rte 169 when it gets warmer.

Nah, I am from Simsbury, and I can tell you Simsbury sucks too. Sad thing is right now I am away in VT for school and my CJ I just bought which I haven't even driven yet is in CT. Thank god I am coming home next weekend. Warm sun means a chance to do some work; bring them CT jeeps out gents 50's all next weekend!

Any of you with an iphone heard of the app jeep weather? App is awesome! It's a weather app that tells you what days it's nice enough to take your top off. I highly recomend it!!

Booooo that's no fun what's wrong with it?? Mine will be in the shop soon too, and as in shop I mean my driveway haha gotta fix the caliper and put my lift kit on

And the app doesn't differentiate between jeep models.... Still pretty cool tho

oh jeez, here we go! prepare yourself for a long list of expensive repairs!
New Clutch (from offroading and it getting flooded with mud)
New Flywheel (from getting stuck and trying too hard to get out and burning it up)
New Rear Differential (a tooth on the ring gear chipped and screwed everything up)
New Rear Right Axle Shaft (the differential killed the spline)
New Front Right Lower Control Arm Mount (it snapped randomly)
New Front Left Upper Control Arm (cracked because of the broken lower control arm)
all in all, its gonna be about 4000! woohoo! there go all my savings!

doing my lift kit when I get home as well. hopefully it will only take one weekend to do. the previous owner put giant lift shackles on it and destroyed the steering because of it. if you know cjs you need all the handling you can get for driving on the highway.

sorry for no caps, phone is being weird right now.
