huge problem

I have a 99 with the 2.5. I have a problem the trac bar came apart from the frame. And I'm going to attempt to weld it back also it seems like the whole rear end is jumping I know the trac bar stablizes the rear axle and keeps it aligned but its been broken for a couple weeks and its just now starting to bang . Everytime I shift or hit a bump it rocks the whole ass end and bangs from underneath need suggestions please help
