New Member Check In

Greetings my fellow Connecticut jeepers! I am new to the forum, but I wanted to join the community as I have finally brought a jeep back into my life after a 4 year hiatus without one (a most painful time I might add!). Last weekend I traded my crappy commuter car for a 2006 Golden Eagle Wrangler. She is a beauty and was well taken care of by her previous owner. I look forward to getting to know and hopefully meeting some of you. Have a great weekend!

Jeremy

Thanks everyone! I know there was a meet and greet a few weeks back. Do we do those every so often?

You know you drive a TJ when you have the parts for the mod, the right tools for the job, a BFH & still need a Sawzall to get the job done!

Hey Guys / Gals ,

Joined up toward the middle of Oct , just realized "oh hey they got a CT section" I'm out in Farmington. riding my stock 2004 TJ soo want to MOD it but need it as my daily driver , suggestions that aren't going to kill the mpg (not that it gets great mileage anyway)

I picked up a 2008 Rubicon with a 6 speed. I was hoping for an automatic but when you are buying used there is not much choice. I found it at Car Max when I was selling them my old car. This is my first Jeep and so far I love driving it. My sons can't wait for us to be able to take the top off! I have been off roading on ATVs for about 2 years and would like to find some trails for the Jeep now.
