2012 JKU tpms

Am going to rotate my 5 tires and want to know if any one knows if the spare tire has a sensor?

Yes all your tires including the spare has a sensor. It won't affect if you rotate all five tires. I just did to my Jeep... Enjoy

Do the 2012s actually use a sensor or do they use the ABS system? I noticed my JK has all rubber tire stems and in my last car that had sensors it had metal stems. Just curious. I plan to rotate in my spare as well.
