Im planning to go out to rausch creek on oct 25 and 26th to do some wheeling, I know a lot of the jersey shore jeep club people are going out, im wondering if anyone has any camping experience there? id like to leave Saturday after class (2:00 pm) cause rausch is a 3 hr...ish drive for me so im wondering if any one has any experience, and if anyone else would like to join, I figured I would shout this out early so people can maneuver schedules if need be

My last trip there was last year with a bunch of people from wranglerforum (PA & NJ). Had a blast. We camped Friday night and Saturday night. I took my wife and son. They enjoyed the trails, but not the camping. It is primitive camping. No electricity, hard rocky ground and stinky porta-potties. There is a Berger King a few miles away that has public showers. I did it once, so it is out of my system. I think next time I will stay at a motel.

I see well, im still young and just got out of the marine corps last year so I think I can still handle the rocky ground and primitive camping, is there potable water on site? I think it could still be a lot of fun, and it should be good scenery season wise, I can even bring a guitar and play kumbaya (just kidding idk how to play guitar)

I did not see any around the camp site. But I am sure by the main building there should be (some one may need to refill their radiator at some point). I don't mind doing it again as long as we don't have to hold hands when we sing Kumbaya. So sign me up.

just called... reservations are set... if anyone knows anybody else that might be interested by all means steer them my way, FYI there is no on sight potable water(there may be a well about 2 mi down the road, info is from rausch creek rep.) and if your going to be trailering your vehicle in I would need to know ahead of time. PM me for my cell phone number if you have any other questions.
