Haven't posted here for some time. Had a few issues with my Jeep and life got busy. I also met a few Jeeple from JKO and have been spending some time over there.
One of the items that crossed my eye and I though I would cross post is a camping and wheeling trip to raise money for a little girl that just received a heart transplant.
Cool part is it is the day before the Pines Cleanup. If you sign up for camping, it covers Friday and Saturday night at the campsite. This way you can roll in on Friday night, wheel on Saturday, camp Saturday night, and help keep the Pines beautiful on Sunday.
Some of you may have heard of Josie. She received a heart transplant not that long ago, and while she continues to fight the good fight, the medical bills keep on piling up. Our idea is to take a crack at some of those medical bills, and have some fun while we are at it.

Sort of. You can still register on either Friday night at the campground or you can do it on Saturday at the Pic A Lilly.
If you would like to camp, please let either Ryan or me know and we'll make sure you're good to go.
Closing the pre-registration only means that collection of funds via paypal has ended. Needed to have a cutoff so we could get our order in for tee shirts, finalizing thecamping permit and giving a headcount for dinner.
I will be there on Saturday. I am coming down from North Jersey and didnt preregister. If I get down there by 10 I can register and be ok to go? I dont want to make the drive and not be able to go because it's full capacity or something? Would love to contribute to this cause.

If you roll in at 10, head right over to the registration table. We're hoping to wrap up registration by 10:30, but if there are still people in line, we'll make sure you get a spot!
One other thing:
Make sure to take plenty of pics and upload em here!
Glad to hear that a nice amount of money was raised for Josie.
Going through a similar medical situation myself, I realize that 8K is just a drop in the bucket as far as medical bills are concerned.
