Need "help" from a club (Lumberton area event).

I will post details of the location publicly as more is set in stone. Dont worry it will come.

Im going to put on a Jeep/truck Show/meet&greet type event at my job. Im lining up the vendors(mostly done already), I have a radio station coming and Im working on some food.

I do not belong to a club, and I was wondering if a club would like to "host" the event. Youd basically put your name on it and help run the event for me. I will most likely be working this day so I will be there but will be called away often. There would be NO $$$ to pay out. Id be looking for any assistance with parking the Jeeps/trucks. Making any announcements, helping with any contests etc. When called away Id be able to have a radio for you to contact me as well as cell phone etc.

If you think your club would be interested please please please PM me for more info.

This will be taking place in about a month. If that date falls through (2 vendors are iffy and I will know in a day or too) it would be early August.

Thanks,

Tom

Where do you plan on having this and I will need exact dates to see if any of our members will be able to help out. Dates are more important then the location... We hold our meetings at Lucas Jeep in Lumberton and have held events there before.
