New jeep owner in hunterdon county

I wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I just bought a new 2012 crush sport s. I love the new jeep, way better than the altima I traded in for it. I work as a fundraiser at Rutgers in New Bruswick. I wanted to see if there were any other jeep owners on here from Hunterdon County or anywhere near the surrounding counties. Or even better if there was a local jeep club. I could use all the help I can get in picking out the right mods for my jeep.

Hey Steve! Welcome, and congrats on your new Jeep! My best advice is look for posts on here about trail rides. I picked up my Jeep in November and have been out twice, it's a lot of fun and you'll meet lots of great people who can give you advice or lend a hand. Also, you'll get to see what others have done to their Jeeps, so you can decide what you like and what you don't.

Can't wait to get out on a ride. Thinking about taking the ride out on the beach in May.

I haven't looked into wheeling on the beach, too much, but I've been meaning too. I should probably start now that the weather is warming up! I know you need a permit, and they're a bit pricey, I think you can get a weekend permit or a season permit, someone on here will know a lot more about it than me!

Hey Steve I'm in Clinton. I'm no expert but I could give you a hand if you need it. I do as much as I possibly can myself. Welcome to the club!
