New Warn bumper/winch help

Hi everyone! After working on installing my new Warn Elite bumper and M8000 winch for nearly 24 hours with my buddy Wilson, I ran into some issues with installing the fog lights and the winch.

The directions in their PDF were terrible and out of order, in my opinion. I had to remove and add something new to a just-installed part because of their instructions.

Is anyone familiar with this setup? I would love to see if I can get some help. Heck, I'm even willing to pay someone to show me the right way! Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks guys :-)
Allen

Allen,

I don't have experience with the winch setup you're doing, but I am pretty mechanically inclined and might be able to offer a hand. I've done supercharges, motor swaps, remote starts, stereos, etc. Just never done a winch on a jeep (I've done ATVs though). Shoot me a PM and let me know when you plan to work on it again.

Allen, what issues did you run into?

Sometimes, the instructions should be called "suggested" instructions.

I ran into this with my Bestop Supertop. I had a hard time getting the fabric on the top. Once I canned the instructions, it was really quite simple.
