If im reading that right, it's your clock fuse? If so, and it's shorting out your gauges try to disconnect the clock from that printed circuit board... then try it... if not, google what fuse,year and your symptoms...

No its the ignition fuse. I don't even have a clock. The jeep runs for a few seconds and the fuse pops and it stalls out.

My apologies, looking at it from my phone. I just googled it, there is so much in line with that fuse it's going to be a very time consuming diagnosis. Everything from door buzzer,backup lights etc.etc. are on it... Google it, your find a wiring schematic and it's going to be process of elimination.... good luck

So u have tryed to put the key in the run postion to see it the fuse would still pop?

I was wrong. It does blow when in the on position only.

How much would it cost to diagnose a problem like this. If I know whats wrong I can fix it. Not good with diagnostics though.

I have a stock LJ and did just fine last time only got stuck once and that was cause my jeep bottomed out had a couple deep water scary but was just peachy .

Not sure on cost some things u can try are pulling some of the other fuses out and trying it

Hell yea! I hopefully am in. I just started taking things off of my jeep to get it ready for bodywork... I really only have the weekends to work on it but I will see what I can do. Don't want to miss this ride.
