Lakewood Jeep here too. Sales dept. was ok, usual salesman bullshit but their service Dept. are a bunch of morons. I was having some issues with my soft top last summer and had to "back order" some stupid covers that go over the springs on the top of the top. Without the cover the springs would pop off and the hard top was hard to pull up. Its about a 40 minute ride for me each way. They called me three times, had me drive up there, on my gas and time only to find out the idiots didnt have the part. I gotta admit though I was having some leak issues when it was new and they fixed it first shot.

Ugh, Freehold Jeep has this little annoying troll that does their annoying commercials. I bought mine in CT, but I live in NJ. The first time I went there (freehold), the service dude was ok, but a little pushy trying to sell me an extended warranty. Second time I tried to schedule an oil change, I got a load of crap runaround and they said no appointments after 3 PM. WTF? They can't do an oil change after 3?! I haven't really had a bad experience with them, but I have general distrust.

I went to Adams Jeep in Aberdeen, MD. They gave me $5,000 more for my 07 Rubicon trade in then any Jersey dealer was offering. I tried 5 different dealers in Jersey. Ask for Keith Cook. 5 stars!

Best was Adams Jeep. They gave my $17,500.

Worst was Atlantic City Jeep. They offered $11,690 for my Rubicon.

We have gotten 4/6 of our grand Cherokees from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall in Franklin, NJ. Plus my aunt and uncle got all three of there's from the same place. We got one from a dealer that closed and then another from East Hill Jeep in Long Island i believe. Anyway the best deal we got was from east hills. I also heard only great things from Adams Jeep in MD. That is where I will be buying my next jeep.

A little dealership in Houston called Select Jeeps. I would definitely recommend them! They've been nothing but kind, mature, and honest... And they've got some really great deals too! They'll even ship anywhere in the U.S.

Cherry Hill Jeep. I played the game with them and ended up with a fair deal. They definitely played the game of low balling my trade and offering the sale at MSRP. But I had done my research and got them to within $600 of my ideal deal. I was happy with that.

I however, haven't been all that happy with their post-sale service.

I bought mine at Fullerton in Somerville. All in all it was a great experience. I did however receive the name of a particular salesman who is also a jeeper so he was well versed with all things Jeep.
No games to speak of, nice guy, I thought I got a good deal. Can't comment on their service since I've only had the jeep for two weeks.

Got mine from Baker Jeep in Princeton. Third Jeep I've bought from them. I usually deal w/ Rob Morton. Prices are typically average to above average, I use affiliate pricing most of the time which makes it fairly simple. I live in Flemington but have had bad experiences w/ Flemington Jeep service so I tend to avoid them now.

Bought mine in Flemington good price and gave me $12,000 for my Ridgeline trade in. I live in Flemington and will only take the jeep to Baker in Princeton for service now on. I have received poor service from Flemington with a head replacement and wrong coolant being put in. I also have all of my mods done at OK4WD. Rin is exceptional there.

Second purchase from Tunkannock Auto Mall (in PA). I swear I would send my 75 year old Mom there unescorted to buy a car. Great dealership and worth the 5 hr round trip from Central NJ. Sales rep is Joe Dafcik, he is a Army(?) veteran, Jeep owner, nice guy. Bought my 2010 Sahara (new) from him, and just traded that one in on a 2015 Willys. Told him what I wanted (on the phone), went up there July 3 and talked details, visited friends for the weekend, he found what I wanted at one of his networked dealers, and I drove the new one home on Monday. He kinda forgot about the hitch install and felt bad because it held me and the wife up for an hour. I don't think he even charged me for it. :bop:

Whatever you do, avoid Neilsen Dodge Jeep on Route 10 in East Hanover. Sales was ok - got a decent deal. Typical BS from the sales people and they like to brag about all the awards they get, as they lure you in. Anyways, I don't have too much of an issue with the sales team. However, avoid the service center at all costs. They'll lie to you through there teeth like it is nothing. No one knows what the team member is doing and they've royally messed up my Jeep. I'm now looking to get my Jeep fixed at another dealership from the issues they've created. I've also heard from others that they've experienced the same issues from them. So watch out and avoid them at all costs if you can, you won't regret it.

I got my first jku in 2013 from Dan at precision on 23. Had a great experience with them.

Traded that in earlier this year and picked up a 2015 jku x edition at $5500 below MSRP from Ourisman Chrysler Jeep in Maryland. I tried getting the same deal at Precision, Nielson, Rt 46, Totowa, Jersey City but none would touch and all told me to bring them a back a bushel of crabs.

Figured the 3.5 hour drive was worth finding out if I'd save $5500. Turns out no bait and switch and all was legit.
