In that time I have talked with the shop folks about lifts, tires, etc just to gauge their opinion on things.
- Only a single woman working behind the counter knew anything about jeeps
- They swore by a certain brand that I knew to be garbage
- They acted as if I knew nothing and proceeded to try and talk me into purchases I did not need nor want
- Their upcharge on wheels and tires, let alone M/B was astronomical
Avoid that place at all costs.
I worked for Jeff Jurgau @Adrenaline Offroad for a while and have also dealt with Mike Bosley at Appalachian Offroad in Westminster.
Both guys are first class and will bend over backwards to help you get what you want or need and not try to push something over on you.
