Nope. Not in Md.

The closest place for something your looking for is Mid-Atlantic 4x4 and Speed in Glen Burnie. Most they had was D-rings and shock boots. But avoid that shop like the plague.

Most shops get a discount from dealers and then have the items dropped shipped to your home. Too many accessories and different rigs to keep them straight.

If you are looking for AEV parts check out Adrenaline Off road in Burtonsville. Jeff can get any parts with free shipping from AEV and install them...

I stopped past Mid Atlantic a few weeks ago and did not get a good feeling about the shop. When I said I wanted to put 4on my unlimited JK they looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't seem too confident in what they did. Apparently they have been around for a long time but never seem to be open. Not sure what the story is on them. Can you elaborate.

I have been active in the local (GB/Pasadena/Annapolis) off-road community for the last 25 years. Over that time I have personally been in that shop and purchased items that were non-vehicle specific, (i.e. d-rings, u-bolts, etc). In that time I have talked with the shop folks about lifts, tires, etc just to gauge their opinion on things.
  1. Only a single woman working behind the counter knew anything about jeeps
  2. They swore by a certain brand that I knew to be garbage
  3. They acted as if I knew nothing and proceeded to try and talk me into purchases I did not need nor want
  4. Their upcharge on wheels and tires, let alone M/B was astronomical

Avoid that place at all costs.

I worked for Jeff Jurgau @Adrenaline Offroad for a while and have also dealt with Mike Bosley at Appalachian Offroad in Westminster.

Both guys are first class and will bend over backwards to help you get what you want or need and not try to push something over on you.

Appreciate the heads up. My instinct told me to run from the interaction.

Take a day drive up to OK4WD in NJ. You will never leave.
