April 26th -- Any Plans?

So I know April 26th is shaping up to be very busy for Jeepers. There are several events/rides going on that day. Firstly, I wanted to put them on everyones radar. Secondly, I wanted to find out what everyones plans are! I know several people on here had said they were looking to get out on a ride or get together and I thought it would be nice to meet up with some locals.

1. Flagpole Run

Danrb is trying to get some people to go to Flagpole in GWNF. If you haven't been, its a great ride, doable in a stock, yet you can find a few challenging parts for those with light modifications. I was able to easily do it with my Rubi X, but I also made use of my lockers in a few spots.

2. Big Dogs Icebreaker

I'm new to Jeep, but I've heard a lot about these guys. Check out the events page in the link below. One thing to note, when you click ON the Icebreaker event link, the page info is for the 2013 event. (Regardless of what the page says, the event IS on April 26/27, not 27/28, 2013). According to their website the Icebreaker will take place at their private offroad park. There will also be info given about their NEW offroad park they are opening up, right down the road from the old one. I'm sure others here are more familiar with Big Dogs, I just wanted to toss it out there.

3. Red Cloud Off Road (Lorton, VA)

Also a private park, they are holding events each weekend in April. Originally I was considering this one for the 26th, but with so much going on, I wasn't sure what to do. It is definitely the closest to the DC Metro Area (I'm in Germantown). Check out the event page, but I've heard its a good place for stock to slightly modifieds.

Anyways, there you guy, thats what I know of going on. If anyone else has anything to add, let me know and I'll try and post it. Right now I'm leaning towards Red Cloud because I would love to see something close by, but if a bunch of you are going to one of the others I might tag along... assuming you guys don't mind!
