What are the chances this Jeep passes MD inspection

Okay, looking to buy this jeep tomorrow. Assuming everything else is fine, there's only one major concern I have. After market fenders.

The original ones are included, but someone told me the hood "may be cut". Can anyone confirm this from the picture? I found another hood for sale if that's the case and the stock fenders are included.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm located in Poolesville, MD.

Also - if anybody knows of a trust worthy inspection station please direct me that way, I'm not going to deal with the bullshit that these sketchy mechanics throw at people.

There are no side marker signals. Even with the CJ markers on the front. The inspector will fail the vehicle.

I looked over the MD inspection code and it didn't say anything about position of turn signals just that you had them and they were functional.

I found this kid who's dad is a MD inspector, he's a bit of a huge idiot, so I'm not expecting to get a free pass but maybe he'll tell me exactly what is wrong with it

Don't count on it. This business is too lucrative for shops to l"ook the other way."
