wheeling places ??

Im going to visit some friends in point of rock soon and was wondering where the closest legal place to wheel is. Any ideas?, Thanks, eric

There is nothing up here that's legal to wheel. And point of rocks is 15 south towards leesburg before you cross the potomac river
