Delaware inspection

Just recently bought a 07 unlimited. I have a 3.5 inch suspension lift, and a 1.25 body lift. I'm running 35s, and my wheels stick out 2 inches past my flat fenders. I should pass Delaware inspection right???

I'm running 33 x12.50s on my TJ and stick out more then 2" and they let me through without an issue. I guess it will depend how far they do stick out and who is working the lane. Just run it through and give it a try. Worse cause you can get a temp tag and go back.

thanks, I actually passed this morning, and I made out on paying taxes very well. Nada on my jeep is 19,500 and she wrote up the taxes as 13,500 I'm thinking she looked at the 2 door jeep! saved me $300 in taxes!!

Hey everybody, figured I'd jumpstart an old thread rather than start a new one. I'm moving to a new job in Philadelphia and am considering which state (DE, PA or NJ) to live in. And while taxes, communities and cost of living are important, I also must consider which state my Jeep will be most easily inspected and passed in. I'm currently running 33's on a 4" lift with spacers. My Bushwacker flares seem to cover the tires, but I have a check engine light and exhaust modifications. By modifications, I mean the muffler and tail pipe. With the triangulated rear, I had to drop the exhaust exit just aft of the transmissions. Does anybody know if these are issues?
Thanks

Only thing I can help you with is you do not need a muffler in Delaware. When I had a vette, mustang and exam 1500 I cut muffler off every one of them and ran straight pipe.
