Any luck parting out?

Hey guys!

I'm still new to the Jeep scene and wanted to know if anyone has any experience parting out a Jeep.

Is it a waste of time or a money-maker?

Here's the deal:

I have a 95 Wrangler that is itching to be modified. I found a 95 with medium damage I can use for parts then part out to make some cash. Sounds good in theory, but anyone have any words of wisdom from experience before I take the plunge?

I've never done it myself but I've read up a lot about it.. As long as the price is right, I'd say go for it! You don't want to pour money into the parts Jeep and not be able to make it back

I have a call in to check on the mileage. If it's decent I may try it out. It has a new top and the wheels/tires I'd like for my YJ.

We're doing it. You can make money just don't overpay for the parts jeep.
