Search the forum, hook up with some people go wheeling, that's how I've found all the places I know of so far. Rausch creek is about 4 hours but I think were gonna take a trip out there shortly

Don't think so. Your best bet is going with others who know the spots.

How bad was the rust and how much did that cost you?

Dylans link didn't seem to work. If you look at the previous page (or two) you'll see the link I posted. It might be in the "Philly" thread too idk where I posted it. If you add me (chriscampo99@gmail.com) you'll see it in my albums and you can stay up to date on when we go ride if you wanna tag along ever.

My rust hole was 5.25" long by 2.5-2.75" tall. To fix the hole, repair a bent trailing arm lower bracket and replace the lower trailing are bushing was $850.00. It was kind steep but I have had repairs done there before and he always stands behind his work.

Talked to a friend on facebook who got busted there not sure when or how much the fine was. I'd still like to go though because i haven't popped my cherry yet. A few questions though. I have an AX15 unmodified tranny so the vent is stock. Will i flood my tranny? Do you guys air down your tires? Is it necessary? Do you guys diconnect your sway bars? I'd like to run with you guys. I just wanna prepare myself. Thanks!
Jack

We've had stockers with is both times I've went, you just have to pick your lines more carefully. As long as you don't engage the clutch in deep mud/water nothing should get into your vents. I've never aired down but I do have electronic sway bar disconnects so I do use that, I have a compressor though on hand if I wanted to air down as well

You don't need to air down there. You can if you want but I wouldn't take much out. It's not sandy or rocky mostly mud and dirt.

Anyone who has disconnects uses them. They help a lot there.

What lift/tires u running? Almost all the stock jeeps coming out with us are having major clearance issues. I wouldn't recommend taking a stock height jeep there without decent experience driving off road.

Unfortunately I can't due to work but I think a couple of the other guys are going tomorrow.

I'm running on BFG A/T 31's and a BB that the PO put on. I'm looking to upgrade it because it's a rough ride. Every little bump i hit i check the inside of my mouth with my tongue to see if any fillings came loose

You would be fine I think there's always a high road for the ruts you just have to be careful not to slide into them
