Ive been fixing it up nonstop since I bought it with basic and much needed parts. Im looking to lift it slightly this summer before I get in to some serious suspension work and tires over the winter. I want a slight lift just to set it off and make it ride a little higher. I was considering a 1.25" body lift. Is that even worth the time? Welcome to the Forum and congrats on the new Jeep! It all comes down to how you plan on using the Jeep. If you want to do some decent wheeling at Rausch Creek or Anthracite Off Road Park, then a suspension lift and 33's will work great for you.
If you just want the Jeep to look good and still ride good on the road, then the body lift and 31" tires will be a great option for you. You'll still be able to hit some mild trails and then be able to drive it to work every day.
Let me know what you plan on using the Jeep for and I'll gladly help out!
