Good place for a motor/tranny rebuild

I have a 92 4.0L with 200,000 miles on it and it runs and drives ok. picked it up for $2000 a year ago and im considering dropping a lot of money on it, and am interested in getting the motor and tranny rebuilt. Any recommendations for a good jeep shop that I could take it in and have them take a look? im currently getting some body work done and taking care of some rust. motor and tranny are next!
