I just got my first jeep last week. Sent a request on FB for the club. I would love to meet some local people and take this thing off road after I break it in a bit.

I know it's been a couple years but are you guys still active? I'm a senior at the local school (won't mention on here) and I wanted to see some Jeep groups in PA.

I have no idea if they are active, but I went and sent a request to join the FB group. Hopefully there are new Jeep friends in Lancaster to be made!

Just looking for some help if you guys could take a minute to join the effort?

" Driving Doorless - A Call to Action "

It's a thread about how it is technically illegal to drive on the street without your doors on in PA. Trying to make a big push into getting the Vehicle code changed so that there is an exception for vehicles that have doors that are designed to be removable.

Representative Kurt A. Masser has already introduced a bill in an attempt to change the codes:

House Co-Sponsorship Memoranda - PA House of Representatives

And there is a petition being signed to help push this further:

https://www.change.org/p/stan-saylor...edium=copylink

What would help most of all is if you contacted your local State Rep and Senator, explain our situation, and ask for them to aid Rep Masser by becoming a co-sponsor. Detail on how to do this can be found in the thread in the first link of this post.

Hope you guys can help out!
