newb here, have a question about tires

hey guys I live in pittsburgh and I am looking into the MB 72 wheels (15inch) with the 33inch duratrac tires. I know the tires stick out beyond the fender flares due to the backspacing. My question is will i get pulled over a lot by state and local cops in the area. Also will this type of setup pass inspection? Thanks guys

It is not legal to have tires passed fenders/flares.

Just keep your stock rims tires for inspection

I have the same combo with stock Sahara flares and I passed inspection from my dealer. You should be good.

Been running a 4.5 back spacing since October 11, never had a problem.

I got warned a couple times for my stock flares and 33's but both were locals (new guys) and I only have 3.75 backspacing so I got 5 1/2 flatties before gettin' ticketed
