Off route 1, but read through this and bucks county thread so you know what you're getting into. It's a back forth between me and OverkillYJ. Place may not be worth the risk anymore

I suggest a decent lift and some larger tires. Some trails are pretty tough/ deep

Yeah, it seems I am the only person in these threads that doesnt blow up all the spots I find. You got to be careful who you take where or they will start telling everyone where you go to all over the internet. Two spots ticketed multiple times in the past 6 months that hadnt seem anyone in years. Biggest reason is because of Jeeps. Most of these spots were for dirtbikes and quads with the occasional Jeeps and local for years with no tickets at all. You have to remember if you Google offroad Philly Jeep this thread comes up. There are a lot more people using this thread to hit these spots then the people posting in it. How about a little discretion and PM's. Unless you guys prefer concrete barriers at trail entrances, which I am starting to think you do. Fortunately for me I have a large amount of spots still within 30 minutes of my house that only me and a few friends that know how to keep quiet like to go.

AMEN! Preach it brotha! I'm about 90% sure that's why a certain place got watched a few months back in the first place. A simple post saying "Anyone got a good spot they want to hit this weekend? PM me!" will do! Swap a cell number and find a place to meet then head out!

As a side note, places we KNOW are legal (NJ Pine Barrens, Rausch, etc.) are completely cool to talk about on the forums. Just keep the local 'questionable' trails on the DL!

Alls good, man! We've all been there, ha. My Jeep just turned 1 last month so in a way I'm still learning everything too.

Like I said though the Barrens are legal to chat up and I've seen some people, including CarolinaBound mention a trip out there this weekend. I'm in!

I could do 9 am. Ha, I'll just have to take it easy Friday night. Where do you want to meet at Pic or the ranger station?

Throwing this idea out there. I don't know if you guys group text at all but Google Hangouts works on android and iphone. All you need is a google account (which I'm sure most of us have) and download the hangouts app. We could get a group chat going on there. It'd make it easy to get stuff like this set up without the forum if we can't get to it. Look me up if you use it: Austin Markiewicz 717-676-0342

The ranger station is down the street. Sometimes people meet there because there's an entrance out behind it.

I'm trying to get my rear upper shock bolts drilled out beforehand, but I have no problem going if I dont. 3/4 is pretty good. Anyone have a cheap shop, hookup, or tools to do it? I'm getting quoted 2-400 at the high end...

Call Plymouth Auto & Tire Center, (610) 825-6558, and see what they say. They've been good to me. Real cheap install on my lift ($200) when I bought tires. If they're no different you could probably hit a lowes and get some good drill bits that will do it for about $20.

Thanks. And unfortunately my retro cool 3g won't let me get the hangout app since I don't have a front camera. . Wish my droid didn't die way back when.

Ah, that's no good! You can still get the desktop version. That seems odd they wouldn't just disable that feature in-app for older phones.
