I had an interesting lunch break yesterday.

Let me preface this with.. I've beaten my jeep.. through mud rivers over rocks over trees.. scraped bumped and banged into many things..

Yesterday coming home for lunch.. a 1.3 mile trip, I hit a small patch of rocks coming into my neighborhood.. I pull into the driveway and get out only to hear..

Ppppssssssssttttt

Shit! Leak..

Those little rocks on the road.. broke the corner of my tread and punctured the tire. Needless to say it was too damaged and the patch wouldn't hold.. 230 bucks later at mavis.. new tire is on..

I couldn't help but laugh at all the stuff ive done.. but some little rocks on the road in winter did me in lol :drinks:

Had a few rigs yesterday to see if we could get through the snow. Did pretty well as the snow was able to compact and form a usable trail. Plenty or winch action if you fell off of the trail it was 2ft deep and usually stopped you cold.

Thanks for all the help we didn't make it out yet ... We quit around 10 when the winch line snapped on al valk's tow truck ... His truck couldn't get close enough bc of the snow so we had the yota connected o my jeep which was connected to a Silverado which was connected to a ram which was connected to the winch on the tow truck ... Still got nothing ... Got a backhoe coming in the morning to pull him out ... I didn't get here till 8 but they were trying since 3 when they got stuck

Hi Hudson Valley jeepers.
A little update on my build 37s to 40s and now 42s pitbull rockers. Dana 60 front and rear with a finished wheelbase about 103". The rear 60 is almost done.
It's time to start cutting in the rear. It's going to be a hard first cut with only 8,000 miles on the odometer.
Should be drivable by the end of April. It's first day out will probably be at mikes place.
