Sweet!

Speaking of drinking like last time....if anyone needs over night accomadations, send me a PM! We have plenty of room and breakfast is at 9.

People stay over all the time...alot better then getting a DWI or worse. So, feel free to spend the night. Bring your air mattress ( if you got one), sleeping bag, and your teddy bear.

I know it's a very health conscious crowd, but I will gladly bring my 10 quart deep fryer, and make some of my signature hot wings. Don't ask for BBQ or mild, because they don't exist. If your not sweating, the wings aren't hot enough.

Hi folks!

I've been a Wrangler owner since 2006 (via '07 JK X). I recently moved to Putnam county, just off 84 pretty close to the CT border. I've never been wheeling, but I've wanted to ever since I first wanted a Jeep; pretty much since I was old enough to start to like cars and girls, I'd say about age 9.

My '07 JK was totaled in an accident about a month ago and I'm waiting on delivery of my '12 JKUR. I was thinking that maybe once my ride gets here my wife and I could come to a meet and greet. :-)

Lookin' forward to meeting ya!

Mud, if your looking to learn the basics of wheelin contact me when you get your new ride. We have a nice, legal, easy place to learn about a half hour from you.
Mike

Bush,
What is the meetup point for Saturday's ride?

My Place. 11 am. Trail is about 10 minutes away.

That way people can use the bathroom, grab a drink, have a little snack before we hit the trails.

Then, I figure after the trail ride, dinner and beers (or cocktails) at my bar. We have Baked Ziti and Wings on the menu so far.

Bush, how far is the trail from your place? Do you have an air compressor to air back up after the trails.

I do have an air compressor. If someone has an inverter, we can plug it in right at the trails. The trail is about 10 minutes away.

Hey MikD: Where is this legal spot? I'm a newbie too just picked up a 97 TJ and would love to learn the basics when mudpuppy gets his rig. I'm in Dutchess.

New Windsor, about 10min from the Newburgh/Beacon bridge. If we have a couple of people interested we could do a "101" day without the pressure of all of the modded rigs around.

We started cutting a perimeter trail yesterday, this should be roughly 3 miles long when completed. Going to try and keep it like a "green" trail with the tougher ones setup as loops off of it. After Kyles recent weekend at RC we are revamping the trail setup here to accomodate more jeeps with less congestion.
Mike
