Some pics from today, we didn't cover a lot of ground but was a blast trying. We were able to heat the tunnel up to over 80degrees despite ambient temp of about 25, very cool.

Slater, any pics?

We should have gotten one of Mike falling through the ice, he walked out onto it to see if it seemed thick enough to support the jeep and after about 30 seconds of just his weight it gave haha!
Those who were on street type tires did much better than I would have guessed. The off camber stuff sure gives some pucker moments.

Next time we'll cover some more ground, we ran about 10% of the trails. BBQ'd chicken, sausage, and shrimp was a good mid wheelin break. Overall a damn good day!

Ran the whole place today with the RZR, it was tough even with that machine! Glad we didn't try anything serious yesterday, the off camber stuff had me rubbing trees all over, would not have been good with a group of nice jeeps.

Americonium, it's a fun spot but I wouldn't drive four hours for it. It's only 4 miles of trails, we make the most of it because almost everything else here is illegal. In the spring when we do a camp & wheel it might be worth the trip but def not just for the day.

Need spme help here, on Saturday Ellen left a small black SOG hatchet on the table next to the grill. She forgot to take it with her and it is no longer on the table, does anyone remember seeing it? Please check your wheeling krap and see if it accidentally got thrown in with anybodies stuff.
Mike

Thanks, appreciate it. It has little monetary value so I doubt it was swiped more likely it was cleaned up and just put somewhere.

Stock yj's do just fine, you might be suprised at what a light small rig can get done! Mostly stockers here, pics just show the tougher spots.

Any decent trails for my 98 TJ 4.0 w/ 2" suspension lift and my friend with an almost stock blazer? We want something fun but something that we can actually make it through. In Nanuet here.

Closest trails to you would be Mahwah, not exactly legal but lots of great trails.
