This is my second vehicle, so I don't know much. I'm just trying to read a lot of things and figure out what would be an easy mod to get me hooked. I don't have any specific mods planned, but I plan on finding plenty. I saw a "Cheap and Easy Mod" thread that I was looking through. I guess that's a place to start.

I was hoping to be able to go to the meet n' greet this morning and get some ideas, but wasn't able to make it. Hopefully I can catch the next one!

Where are you located? The best way to start is usually to wheel it a bit while it is stock, this will help you learn what you enjoy about wheelin and that will decide what you need to mod.

I'm from Highland.

During the week though I'm in Norwalk, CT on an internship. That'll be done soon though. Can't wait to start wheelin

The bottom of your jeep should look like it was dragged around with no wheels on it for a few days! You laugh now, it will get there..

You guys can make that trail to the end but it will take some determination. Will be tougher on the 4dr due to ground clearance "issues". It will be epic for you and the view from the top is worth the effort. I would add skids and basic armor though as the rocks give no quarter. You will get pin striping as well mostly due to your ground clearance picking your lines for you, see my rig for example. I ran that trail at least 5 times when I was stock height, its doable.

Should take your dad over to the lookout where the pics were taken. Its a fun spot especially at night and an easy trail.

I will be installing a highline fender kit next month on my buddies 04 TJ. Will post some pics and a general review for you then. He will be using metal cloaks setup with a 2" budget boost and 35" tires from treadwright. It will be a nice setup when completed.

Kyle, the guy with the green jk on 37's who wheels at my place. His business sells all of the usual goodies, installs everything too. I believe he is "dip this lift that" on fb.
