I've had lift kits, wheels, tires, coilovers, motorcycles, quads, and even a whole jeep wrangler show up at my place to be hidden from wives. There is an art to picking just the rite moment to mention the new item.
This is hilarious! I knew I wasn't the only one. Although I did have an advantage recently during the last 6 months of pregnancy the wife didn't want to ride in the jeep anyway (climbing in and out) can't blame her, but it was a great time to lift the jeep and make room for 33's because I need tires this fall anyway!
Well good luck with the boxes, I'm sure you'll think of something.

I may have a buyer for you. I will pass on email. Is there anywhere aside from the forum you have pics and info? My buddy isn't a member.

Throwout bearing noise is very common in jk's as far as I know, mine sounds like rocks in a coffee can haha. Trans is quiet while driving though. Stop by and I'll take a listen.

Does the noise go away if you push on the clutch pedal?

Thats what i have been hearing. And yupp goes away the second i push the clutch. It does make some noise under load sometimes. It seems like an intermittent problem. Whats bothering me most is the damn driveline slop. Like the drive shaft is loose. It clunks so much. Gimme a txt to let me know when your free.

No haha, sometimes they dont engage if the teeth arent lined up. Next time rock the jeep forward or back a few inches and it will slip right in.

Mileage doesnt really matter, the ujoints are inexpensive mechanical parts that see extreme pressures. They can get shitty at any point. Could have banged it on a rock or something??

Its a possibility lol ill have you or one of the guys take a listen and maybe take it to the dealer if it really winds up being that. I tried turning the shaft by hand and there was no slop. Confused :/ lol
