Bought mine new, I love getting it dirty. Do I worry sometimes, sure. Not enough to stop me though.

Are you kidding? The fact that we made it out unscathed still amazes me! Would love to do it again. Just maybe not quite as adventurous. Oh, and I have portable facilities now, so no need to part from the group...

Alas, no, it's a bucket buddy instead, besides, the receiver hitch would need an extension to clear the spare.

At least it would be a few extra inches away from the jeep. Just in case it gets violent and you run the risk of collateral damage lmfao

Thanks Mike! Yeah- can't wait to get back into it. I need to host another Jeep Meet and Greet soon. I have the bar- might as well use it! :-)

Jklax, where are you located? Installing lifts is quite simple just time consuming. If you can change your oil and rotate your tires you can do a lift. The hardest part is usually just dealing with rusted bolts.

If you really dont want to do it yourself try Jeep Vehicle Services in New Windsor (Duke is the owner), or Orange County Jeep Works in Middletown (Mike wheels my place fairly often with all types of rigs). Both of these guys are pros and have good reps with the local wheeling community.

Bush, you won't believe what you can get out of a stock jk suspension for just a few hundred bucks. Kyle has a base jk with about 1" of lift on 37's that outflexes any kit thats ever been to my place for a few hundred dollars. Speak to Kyle if you want his help setting it up, he has a little jeep business under Dip This Lift That on facebook.

I already put this on JF, but I'm looking around for 33" tires and/or aluminum wheels for my tj. If anyone has some "laying around" (for sale) lol 15 or 16x8. Ive been searching the forums and craigs list for a couple months with
no luck. Thanks ahead of time.

So did the rear drive shaft u joints today because i had some zerk ones i could throw in... much easier job than i thought it would be and i would totally do other ones down the road as needed.. now if my red line fluid would come in the mail i could have down that while i was laying under there with tools in hand...

so im not worried about fixing it but my fan speed controls are a little off.. if they go 1,2,3,4 1 being slowest.. 1=high, 2=medlow, 3=medlow, 4=high.. just wondering what could possibly do this.. i only use the air on my feet at night or to get fog off window in morning but if i ever open the dash up again to do anything else maybe ill give it a fix..
