Who knows what it takes to get a permit, and maybe it only applies to the 'state forest' and there are parts of it that are not included? But in any case...
So basically, you can ride horses, ski, hike, bike, kill animals, trap animals, fish, and do anything you want EXCEPT drive around in your vehicle. What BS.
