Need help in Suffolk County!

I have my cb radio hook up, grounded as is my antenna and mount. I can only receive and i am not transmitting i bought a swr but can tune this thing! If ere is anyone with CB experience that is willing to help me out please let me know. I in lakeronkonkoma and will travel to you

I had my CB setup with ant and mount. I went there and since everything was set up the guy just helped me tune it. turns out the rubber cap was interfering with the tune. he helped me out outside for like 15 min and refused the money i tried giving him. Awesome guy and its around the corner from my house. ill definitely be pushing business his way and will go back there in the future
